Interesting it'd pump so much on mining, all we hear is that the raw materials are not scarce but rather that the refining is. Refining implicit because they refine iron ore to steel already?

Well if they retro fit an existing mine that would be massive. There is only one active rare earths mine in the US... MP Material's Eagle Pass Mine so opening a second would be huge.
