You can use Braiins pool which is the easiest to set up...and yes it works with coinos. Not sure if the reward is fair or not- its not a lot- you will not get rich quick that os for sure. I got my avalon Nano3 for USD$99 (without power supply) plus postage to NZ from the Canaan store but I think they now raised the price or may only now sell the NanoS3.
