Ocean has a pretty high minimum on-chain payout, so there's definitely trust involved.

I haven't set up bolt-12 payments, yet, but those get paid as blocks get mined.

Thanks, one more question is on ocean pool, do you set up on chain with a threshold? Seems I have to budget at least 500 sats for each on chain transaction, so have to wait for a while before each payout? Means there is a trust model involved?

I'm not sure what the lifetime is, but I think these miners last a long time.

The limiting factor will probably be the hash rate not keeping up with the difficulty adjustment at some point.
