It's basically in the title but as I understand it filecoin only stores ciphertext so the raw bytes aren't stored in the block. What if we required the return data was encrypted then people couldn't store a jpg without having to decrypt it first. Would that might appease the knotsies? Just spitballing from a person who hasn't contributed anything
