I forgot to mention that all the cruise passengers got a notice that UK border agents would conduct “face to face interviews “ the day before we arrived in UK (last port). We were assigned times based on floor our cabins were on. They warned us that it would be lengthy and we needed our passports and room key etc. We were scheduled to go at 3-4pm but we dropped by to check out where the interview would be held. A regular crew greeter tells us with a big smile “oh no u can just come anytime , u can come right now if u want. “ So we go get our passports and come back. The “interview” lasted no more than 10 sec and it was 1 of 3 middle ages uk women with fold out tables and NO COMPUTERS. So once again , all bullshit scare tactics.
These women boarded the ship at the second last port (Belgium) and got 3 free days of cruising on tax payers dime of course.
