in our nearest city it's non stop construciton and i asked, who is even buying this stuff, the job market is absolutely cooked and the most common answer i get is Bulgarians with jobs abroad who buy multiple units on cheap mortgages or foreigners, and even then , the amounts of brtis, russians and germans buying is lower than ever
