Last year my 24h average plateaued around 8.5Th/s. I dont expect to get there until Dec.
No furnace hookups but I do my hashing near the old air-return and keep the furnace fan running. Furnace will need to kick in during deep winter, but this offsets my regular heating bill quite a bit.

It kept my 3 bedroom around 23 degrees the other night. Outside went down to 7, so it pumps out some nice heat. Needs a dust filter though.
S9 is mostly judged by your hashrate in the screenshot - I think it's rated to max 13TH/s
