Actually, there have been meds with cannabionoids (basically, pharma-format weed) for decades. It's only illegal if you, filthy individual, touch the thing. When it's a big pharma doing it, it's all good.

And it totally makes sense: which substance should be used for improving mental health: a patented and centrally-produced pills from the big pharma, or little mushrooms which can be grown easily nearly anywhere and by anyone? And which one should be made illegal to destroy the competition?
