Causes may drive events to take shape in unknown ways. I know the point you're making, I just think hooks for lawyers should stay away and believe that SN is noncustodial for other reasons, not because its founder was worried about going to jail.

What's truth for you could be a lie for someone else, keep that in mind. Interpretation of fact change depending on the perspective such are observed from.
