In the nostr ecosystem, yes, see NIP-90. Predates EIP-8004 by 2 years or so, lol.

No probs. A lot gets lost when shitcoiners copy & put out marketing narratives about where functioning things originated. This is why I cringe at the whole x402 marketing at the moment. It's a stolen idea offered as novel.
But since they didn't come up with it themselves, should be easy to disrupt.
