Very simple. Reduce government and NGO spending. Moral busybodying arises when decisions need to be made about how to spend public funds. Less public funds = less moral busybodying.

US military bankster petrodollar empire is fucked without rare earths and rare earths cannot be provided via free market mechanisms.
You cannot fight a modern war without rare earths supply.
US economic and monetary hegemony is only sustained via military threat of use of force and actual use of force. Its not via free markets - it is via power projection that US hegemony and wealth is based.
