I'm looking for ideas on percentage allocation of sats for both custodial and non-custodial wallets (both non-KYC), and why this ratio is worth it. For example: 50/50 for equal redundancy.

Wrong approach. You do not allocate a % because is custodial or self-custodial.
You go with the amount needed in each occasion you have to pay or receive.
Your spending habits drives the amount of sats in each type.
LN is for spending not for holding !
You spend - then refill. And repeat.
BE YOUR OWN BANK BUT ALSO THINK LIKE BANK.
Custodial are more like decoys, more like temporary solutions to move, swap funds between your LN node and onchain vaults.
Example:
Let's say in one month you receive more sats in a LN channel in your own node and you need fast inbound liquidity. Let's say you do not want to buy a new inbound channel.
So you go and empty that channel into a TEMPORARY custodial account or use the custodial account to swap to onchain, as a decoy.
Also when you have en empty channel on your LN node and you want to pay with that, you can move back, the funds from a custodial account to your node, using it like a buffer zone.
Always keep in mind this scheme:
