I finally managed to install the new electronic circuit in the RC car and it's working. It still needs some improvements, but the hardest part is over.

The new servo and speed controller I ordered just arrived. I've included a photo of the old SEC (Servo Electronic Control Unit) at the bottom to compare it to the old servo. I've decided to keep the old unit for the car I was working on. I'll use the new servo and SEC unit on a much larger BMW M6 I own. For the car I'm currently working on, I'll use batteries or a lower-power battery.
