Looking over the bio and recent comments: I think it might be a human posting with help from AI; maybe English isn't his/her native language, something that often rationalizes AI.
That nym was "outlawed" for a while, and apparently isn't anymore. I guess the site admins suspected AI at first, and decided that even if it's AI, the quality is tolerable enough for the community to form their own judgements.
... actually it looks like "outlawed" is per-comment, and indeed lots of that account's comments are getting outlawed.
