I received this email tonight from Swan indicating that they are now offering their "full suite of services" to New Yorkers:

They want me back. A few years ago they suspended my final withdrawal around the time of the Prime Trust mess. I had to jump through hoops to get my bitcoin off the exchange. A year or two later they offered to let me keep buying bitcoin. I just couldn't withdraw it 😀

I think I'll pass on their generous offer.
