In less than a month, my pleb Lightning Tor routing node with only 10 channels has routed 315 transactions.
Volume =12,879,127 sats
Fees earned = 3,320 sats
I will be back to post a full month update next week.
Cheers!

I got a lot of activity today from the weird little culture war going on at Predyx between the Knots and Core guys
Volume: 42M sats
Fees earned: 6k sats
Tx's routed: 3k
killer stats! and yeah that's been fun to watch and participate in. My channel with predyx has been one of my most active channels
They're throwing around a lot of sats to try and make whatever point they're trying to make.
smart to put yourself in between them
I'm saving upwards of 96% in fees by using my node to make payments through my predyx channel as opposed to using say a custodial "lightning" wallet like Aqua or Misty Breez
I probably only made about 1k sats off of them, so it wouldn't have been worth much effort, but it was fun to watch.
nice try shill. pathetic and disgusting
Are you using lnd? some autorebalance software like lndg?
LND, yes. And I've learned not to waste days on autobalance software. If you have good channels, that should all sort itself out. At least that's been my experience so far
Congrats! I’ve heard running a lightning node can be a good way earn sat and it’s something I would like to do but I don’t even run a Bitcoin node. I did you get started?
for the average pleb, it is not a good way to earn sats. But it's fun and empowering for sure! There are lots of node running tutorials on youtube. BTCsessions makes some good ones

Wow congrats to you and keep staking sats and posting in stacker news to inspire people like me.
Cheers to Bitcoin!
Thanks! Happy I was able to inspire someone. Running a routing node is fun and empowering!
