On this article they say it's "the end of the world": https://www.unz.com/kbarrett/israel-shamir-our-world-is-a-short-distance-from-nuclear-holocaust/ But i've read other reports on hiroshima dn nagazaki that people from 2km away survived, also that chernobyl toxic environment is mostly fud. I am not sure where the truth is but it seems those alarm scenarios of end of the world by atomic bomb seems very overrated. Of course I wish I never happen again and it's a devilish thing promoted by the state. But I was just wondering about survival in a WWIII atomic bomb scenario.

aren't today's nuclear bombs orders of magnitude more powerful than the two bombs dropped on Japan?
