Most of the vegetables and fruit I have eaten in the last 20 years are home grown.
Now have more land it will soon be beef and lamb too.
If you can hunt that's good too.

If you have land grow your own food and kill two birds with one stone...while saving money too.
Most modern processed food is junk.
Eat mostly unprocessed food and get exercise while growing it yourself.
