Ah, and so it begins!
The US Congress has voted overwhelmingly to force the Department of Justice to release its files on Jeffrey Epstein, after President Donald Trump abruptly changed course and encouraged Republicans to back the measure. The bill passed the Republican-controlled House 427-1 on Tuesday afternoon, with all but one Republican endorsing the measure.
Only a Trumpy signature left:
Hours later the Senate unanimously approved a deal that paved the way for the bill to quickly pass the upper chamber of Congress with no amendments. The legislation will then need to be signed into law by Trump before it can go into effect.

Beautiful, too, how the FT editors sidestepped the who killed Epstein question:
The president has acknowledged that he was once friends with Epstein, who was found hanging in a jail cell in August 2019, awaiting trial on federal charges for the sex trafficking of minors.
