I’m not sure why it’s better to be higher than lower on this list.
The best trade policy ever was the UK’s unilateral free trade policy, which would score a zero on this chart.
I agree with you. However, why not the number for USA is more while Trump is so busy telling everyone every other evening that he's cracked a deal? This shows that he's a clown, haha
I wonder if they would even count the kinds of deals Trump's trying to make. They're all fairly informal arrangements, rather than codified legislative arrangements.
Actually they have counted all including informal arrangements and Trump has so far done only 14.
