You may have seen Warren Davidson propose a bill requiring the US government to accept bitcoin for tax payments and exempting bitcoin spent in such manner from capital gains tax.
The act codifies the Executive Order creating a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve and enables Americans to pay federal taxes directly in Bitcoin without incurring capital gains liability — a first in U.S. history. -BPI
The Bitcoin Policy Institute has created a model for how this might affect government bottom lines.
I am still a pussy and pay taxes, so I'm mildly interested in being able to do so in ways that are cheaper. However, I'm not convinced that this would actually make it any cheaper for me to pay taxes. And I certainly don't plan on helping the government take bitcoin from me.

I don't do the whole jump in ice-cold water thing. Neither do I have a practice of walking across hot coals.

I can assure you that I am not trolling. I only want people to wake up and do the right things. I was for many years the same like you, just a regular shitizen paying taxes, but still with open mind and trying every day a way to not pay taxes and do not obey the system.
Until I saw the little light on the other side of the tunnel. My "eureka" moment, discovering Bitcoin. It was the last piece in my puzzle against the state.
Then I start learning more and more and I discovered many other things about how to be sovereign. This is not a joke or bullshit. I am telling you with all my heart the truth.
Now I have several years not paying any taxes and being harassed by any gov. Why? Because I learned how to stay away from them and live my peaceful life, in private.
Don't take me wrong, I am not judging you for posting these links and articles, you are just a messenger trying to find the truth.
What are doing these guys at BPI is a total abomination, is how Bitcoin will be killed.

I didn't mean to imply that you were trolling. I genuinely appreciate your viewpoint. I find it a good challenge to think about.
As we have discussed before, I see the state as a thug. They have a monopoly on violence and it irrevocably alters how they see the world.
Neither though am I an anarchist, and so I pay my taxes.
