I think Judge Currie is wrong and will be overturned on appeal
What she is saying is that Trump and Bondi have only one chance to fill a vacancy and that subsequent appointments must be made by the district court
A district court judge has given more power to district courts at the expense of the exec branch

I think she is wrong about the statute of limitations here... a decision that is overturned is grounds for tolling or pausing the statute of limitations
