I'll take some time to [study that paper](https://archive.is/bEN3j), it has good insights on product management tips. It clearly indicates UX as an indexing factor for success. An obvious outcome of mixing design and strategy.

The 9x Problem Nobody in AI Talks About

I haven't read the Eager Sellers paper, but now it's on my list. 

I don't really care what AI companies are doing with their UX, but I do think SN needs to reach something like this kind of 9x improvement on the reddit/hacker news experience to really wow people. It's fun to think about!
