The Pearl of the Orient (Sharq Durdonasi)

This is the concept project presented by architect Obid Khikmatullaev for the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent.

AIs are tools like a hammer; they can be used to accelerate human progress by easily hammering away at our complex problems, or they can be used solely for the personal gain of a few—it will depend on each society.

If used for development, we will advance rapidly; if used to increase profit margins that are already at their limit, we will walk into a cyberpunk world that no one dared to imagine.
