Can an atheist truly appreciate the value of Bitcoin?
There is no god. Bitcoin is the best form of money that has ever existed, for everyone, regardless of their age, nationality, tone of their skin, gender, sexual orientation, dreams, desires, ideals, political ideas, physical appearance, or whether they still need keeping the imaginary friends from their childhood or they already told them bye-bye.

You sound like you are preaching for a sect of the religion of woke. Just because you don’t believe in something doesn’t mean you can’t push your beliefs on people just like religious folk do. Im not religious but i’m just saying having no beliefs, is still a belief.
reply
No, sorry. Not believing in something is not a believe, it's the absence of a believe.
reply
Exactly. You believe there is nothing. You believe there is no god. You can't prove there isn't, just like they can't prove there is. Still a belief, even if you tell yourself it isn't.
reply
No, I don't believe that there is nothing. I don't believe there is a god, either. And I don't need to prove anything.

An athirst, a religious fanatic and even a dumb rock can appreciate the value of Bitcoin
Driven by their self interest (greed (price appreciation) / perseverance of purchasing power/ philosophy/ anti govt ideals/ self sovereignty etc...) .... They will all appreciate it.... but probably not the dumb rock!

yes, anyone can appreciate bitcoin because bitcoin is math.
reply
anyone can appreciate btc if properly informed of it's virtues. the notion that it could be inherently religious is just silly.
reply
Religion makes people believe and say silly things. πŸ˜‚ It's part of what it does.
