Seeking help with Zombie Channel - 50K sats reward

Hey guys, so my node from a few years ago eventually died due to a corrupt channel.db file after my raspi shit the bed (I now run a new node on a Start9 Server Pure).

I was able to recover 99% of my funds on my old node by force closing my channels with my recovery seed. However, there was a node I was connected to that was also down during this process. I've identified the node and troubleshooted the issue. I need to get in contact with this node, but he is not replying to me. This is his X account https://x.com/LoveIsBitcoin21

Go to Zeus Wallet - Menu - Embedded Node - Advanced - chantools - sweepremoteclosed

If it's an external wallet:

Choose an external wallet seed
Enter 24 seed words
Put an external Bitcoin address
Choose the fee
Start sweep
Broadcast TX

I just had a better read: "Unable to send coins, unable to broadcast sweep transaction: transaction rejected: output already spent." It feels familiar, I had the similar situation when I was closing my Umbrel node a few years ago, but I don't remember exactly what I did.

After trying the chantools another option is to try to increase the gap limit (the wallet where you received the funds). Is it possible that the sats are already in your on-chain wallet but you just can't see it? #409125

No. You can use chantools out of any LND node. Zeus is facilitating the sweep tool inside the app. But if you want to use it with Zeus, you must use the same seed of your old node. Read the docs:

There are different ways, but I think the built-in feature in Zeus is really handy for non-technical people, including me. 😂

As far I saw in your discussion on github with guggero (creator of chantools and LND dev) you are omitting what he is indicating you.

You should listen to him 1000%, he's the real Jesus for LN, especially for channels recovery. If you cannot recover your funds with his indications, then nobody else will be able to.

So pay very much attention to what he says and follow his guides as the bible.
