So, basically, confiscating UTXOs I disagree with? Are we still talking about Bitcoin?

Maybe this is not even worth sharing or discussing...

so... this just looks like establishing a list of banned UTXOs with more steps.

I'd rather have 1mb blocks than a list of transactions that can't be spent.
