Here's something useful for anyone trying out Nostr on Umbrel today...
@BitcoinJungle built a tool you can use to migrate all your notes from some relays and re-broadcast them to your new private Umbrel relay.

I'd like to understand this change of heart. Initially, they were opposed to the idea of hosting a nostr relay and β‘ node on the same device...

Well, guess that they changed their mind considering the number of people requesting for it.
Definitely this will cause some trouble on small hardware. I tried to run the nostr-rs-relay on my own config and i remember the RaspPi fan having to work hard :/
But hey, people do whatever they want with their node in the end.
Maybe they should have added a warning regarding the resources consumption of the app though.
Good luck to the support for handling the people that will bloat their node with this :D

Some people wanted bigger blocks too ππ
On a serious note now, if I understand correctly, it's a "private" relay, for backing up the owner's notes and identity.
