TIL that learning to jump out of a plane with a parachute costs less than €2,000.
Would that be a wise way to spend my sats, @DarthCoin?
once in your lifetime ? Yes. I did it once and worth it.

I meant that learning to skydive costs less than €2,000. So no, I wasn’t talking about doing it just once in my lifetime, lol
A tandem jump costs only €240. I wouldn’t have sarcastically asked for your approval of that.

If you do something more than once it became a vice. As any other vice, you should think twice before you start spending on it. Some vices are useful in your life, some not. If you plan to be a pilot, that skydiving vice could be useful for you in the future. Depends how you see it.
But again, you are young, so not doing crazy shit when you are young, then you do not have too much to laugh when you are old...

are you afraid to die?
  • if yes, then take the skydiving course
  • if no, then ignore it and save those 2k in sats

so you never thought about how you can die? Is fun and revealing many of your weaknesses. Just thinking about that death is right about the corner, makes you stronger once you learn how to control your feelings about death.

Yes. Beer contain a lot of proteins and energy. I am not affected by the quantity like you. For me is useful because I can focus better with 2+ beers than a cup of tea.
