Appears the conversions are wayyyy off.

Shows 1 KES = 262802.714075 sats

But, for example: 1 USD = 113.95 KES today, per Google

So if (from the sats2fiat page)
1 USD = 2306.2985000000003 sats,

then

1 KES = 20.239565599 sats

Work: (2306.2985000000003 / 113.95) = 20.239565599

Looks like the calculation is doing multiply instead of divide.
