We do not talk about cloud service. So you talk about money, do you think that if Bitcoin allows arbitrary data to be onchain, there should be external oracle which would determine if these data have financial purpose or not?

How is it censoring? You are the one who can't say.. because anyone can still send a TX with an OP_return limit. the sat is still a sat, and 1 btc will be 1 btc.. Stop projecting loser.
