I'm using Blue Wallet. How does Sparrow compare to it?

Is like comparing a bike (BW) with a 4x4 truck (Sparrow).
Yes both are used to get to your destination on the Bitcoin road....
Sometimes you can even put your bike on the back of the truck. You know what I mean?

Sparrow is a desktop wallet. It's amazing for use with hardware wallets such as ColdCard.
I use both, BlueWallet and Sparrow. BlueWallet for mobile with small funds for daily spending. Sparrow for long term cold storage.
