Why does utreexo break safety of lightning? You have the watchtower notify you if there is cheating and you broadcast the justice transaction

Hmm so I went through the utreexo spec once more, and perhaps you are right that in that case it doesn't make much difference, given that there are enough bridge nodes in the network.

or the transactions are broadcasted and propagated with proofs.
