Working on giving users the ability to create custom virtual events with prize pools

Users will be able to sell tickets to these events and offer bitcoin rewards to participants/winners

Added the ability to create custom excercises

RUNSTR Season II starts in January

Still putting finishing touches on things, but its coming together well. Might push to zapstore today, for now its available on github.
