That's what you getting for running fraudulent scams. There if nothing "free market capitalist" about fraud... true free markets would result in far more severe "penalties" for scammers (for the scammer apologists that may be lurking).

If there is no one laudable in the bitcoin "space" maybe you can prop up no one rather than thinking you need to have "leaders", "builders", or however else you justify excusing scammers.
