Good question. I don't know too much details about those ones and their implications.
It could be that they were just fooled or dragged into a game that they don't know it.
As I said before, people are forgetting the case of ANOM and how gov agencies were implicated into a "privacy project"...
For me is very clear:
- when somebody is pleading guilty just to get away from a case, that is bargain that was offered in exchange of "something".
- when that guilty individual offered "something" to the gov is that usually for the sake of public opinion they will serve a little punishment and in few months they are released, under silence or offered "a pardon"...
- it is clear that who plead guilty is compromised
Also as I said before, pleading guilty means you give away ALL your rights. When somebody give away his rights, is a weak man, no matter what or it was a plan well executed from day one.
If you are innocent you NEVER EVER plead guilty. In fact in a court you should never plead. Plead means bargain. Bargain means it has hidden contract. So ask yourself what did they "offered" in exchange of that plead?
THIS WHOLE CASE STINKS AS FUCK !
But yeah people are quite dumb and only follows what influencers say... they cannot use their brain. Nobody's question anything, they just follow, like sheeps.
Why would I want to free a man that himself plead guilty? Also to lower my sovereign status by making a petition to a gov? When you make a petition you put yourself under their jurisdiction and power. Why would I do that for a guilty man ?
I don't know if he's guilty of something, but why he plead guilty then?
