Since I have been off of work this week I am not as plugged into what is going on as I normally would be. I have no idea what this could be over and there have been so many events both internationally and domestically that it could be about. From antisemitism to Syria to Venezuela internationally and then the price of goods, the Brown shooting, the foiled New Year bomb plot and others in the US.

Based on how Trumps approval rating has started to improve over the last month as he has focused on domestic policies (I had no idea until I read this article and checked with others but he is back up to 44.8%) that would make a ton of sense. I could also see him laying out some sort of plan for next year on key things his Admin wants to target to apply pressure to Congress the last couple of days to start getting their ducks in a row.
