What if Satoshi was a fan of Sierra adventure games

The currency in that game was called "Buckazoids".  But the ₿ symbol did not appear in any of the previous titles, Space Quests I thru III.

One fun little tidbit is that the game is about time traveling.  Were the game creators time travelers who knew about bitcoin??

Anyway, just an interesting bit of trivia about the bitcoin symbol.  I wonder if anyone can find an even earlier reference to it.
