Yes about USD$3900. I stayed there from May to August this year. Only got around to blogging about this experience when I wanted to declutter the photos on my phone haha

When I visit my friends’ condos in the future, I will make sure to take photos and post here so that you can see the design factors governing the building of condos in Singapore!
