The good news is there will also be no housing needed. All the H-1B are never coming back the moment they set foot outside the US. And no one is coming in either.

Just need a gazillion copies of Gemini 3, so doze them condos, build datacenters. And kneel to your new virtual overlord.

hahahaha doze the condos huh. You mean we can’t build beautiful brick single family homes that are about 1,200 sq ft 3 bed 1.5 bath homes that could last maybe 200 years with proper maintenance and upkeep?
