I find Reddit useful for following specific individuals (devs, OGs) as the discussions can be more technical and nuanced than those you find on Twitter. Outside of that though it's pretty ass and I look forward to the day when everyone migrates to SN and Nostr.
Yes and it's hard to follow someone on Reddit. Maybe the users profile has an rss feed?
