I don’t think honey, maple syrup, or dates (fruit btw) are a major contributor to obesity.
However, there’s a guy called PermaNerd on nostr who does sell fruits and veggies. Maybe just fruit, I don’t remember.

Primarily by ordering more often from @oshigood and other bitcoin merchants.
That can at least cover my coffee, nut butter, and snacking needs.
