You can also just use an RSS reader and add a channel feed. Just need to plug the channel id into the following URL:
https://www.youtube.com/feeds/videos.xml?channel_id=<channel id>

There are also applications you can run like Pinchflat and Subarr that are trivial to spin up in Docker. Once running, you can integrate the downloads with something like a PleX or Jellyfin library, as it pulls down all the necessary metadata to effectively present themselves as series within your media server of choice. Plus, you get offline access with these.
