I'm constantly fascinated by companies who are market leaders and blow it because of various factors, and Kraft seems to be doing a great job of it here. There's complacency, bad management, bad communication with customers (aka stores), staff retention, and all sorts of other fun factors here.

(Thought about posting this to ~food_and_drinks -- crossposting wen? -- but this is really about the company's management, not the food itself.)

I have never tried Goodles. I will admit I do love a good mac and cheese. Don't really buy the boxed stuff though.

How do you make your cheese sauce?

Butter, flour, whole milk, cheese.

I am just guessing. Whatever the recipe says. I have only personally made homemade mac and cheese a few times.

Wow, they had such a lock on that market for so long. You'd think just churning out the same product forever would be pretty easy.
