Well, lnproxy is a good way to mask the final destination of your paymemts from a custodian. Rizful is not a custodial wallet, they don't see the invoices. Your private node creates the route, Megalith just forwards the payments. They do see the amounts in/out of your wallet, but not sources and destinations.

What @SwapMarket said. Any node can see the IP addresses coming through it. 

Use something like lnproxy to add more hops to your payment; it gives better privacy.

Yes, because all payments route via their nodes. But all they can identify you with is an IP address. Just hide it behind a VPN.
