Right now the death toll is ~80 and with Cuba saying that they lost 32 it backs up what Trump and the Admin said. Maduro relied on the Cubans for his personal security and intelligence. He couldn’t even trust or use his country men and relied on others. The heavy death toll and how large the percentage is of Cubans is striking and extremely telling.
