What has your experience been with Glycine / GlyNAC supplementation?

I started taking 3g of Glycine 30 minutes before sleep as recommended for about a week now and it does feel as if my sleep has improved. At the very least I have not had a bad night's sleep yet while trying it.

I recently started taking magnesium glycinate and glycine before bed as a "sleep stack" and I've definitely noticed an improvement in my sleep. Particularly less waking up in the middle of the night, and longer periods of deep and REM sleep.

I used to have insomnia occasionally. I'd wake up in the middle of the night, and not be able to get back to sleep for 2, 3, or 4 hours.

A couple months after starting the carnivore diet, I realized, "hey...I never wake up at night anymore".

I've also been on carnivore for about two weeks now and I was doing keto for a few months before that.
