Fall in Arizona is pretty nice. Miami is definitely a great lifestyle destination but they are definitely not the best football situation right now.

That's a good point. You are probably at least guaranteed a decent run. Some other jobs you might get fired after a year or two.

Probably not but some teams change their coaches every two years. I think the new Steelers coach gets at least a 4-5 year run. Especially since they need to find a franchise QB.
