Another option: if you already use a KYCd onramp, send xlm to an exchange that doesn't KYC. KuCoin for example. Then exchange for BTC and send it to a wallet that has never accepted KYC crypto. I have a separate ledger just for BTC and eth that went this route. Use a VPN before you log into the other exchange.
