This month on SN we got cross-posting, and I’m glad we did. Many of the top posts, as a result, were shared with ~BooksAndArticles this month.
Also, we heard a few more times from our __@_’-’ teacher.
A weird thing happened to my LNC connection, and now I am sans gun billy (howe embarrassing). It just ain't right for a cowboy. I have been advised to use NWC, but doing so seems to require me to start using alby hub. Gives me something to tinker around with this weekend. Sorry for the CCs lately, I guess.

Sagas of the Lincoln County War
Along with @plebpoet (no—I will not let you forget), I have challenged myself to share 1-piece of original (short) fiction on SN. Please free to join in—I will gladly share yours in this section of this monthly newsletter.
If you couldn’t tell, this SN novel is my own interpretation of the events that happened in Lincoln county leading to the death of William H. Bonney (Billy the Kid.) It is historical-fiction and features authentic newspaper clippings from the time that trace real life events. I have always found this outlaw figure intriguing for many reasons, not least of all for the sheer amount of pulp fiction his story has inspired.
In this chapter, the main character, Patrick Garret Jr., reveals a little bit about his motivation for following the trail of a member the Regulators.
The serialized novel idea is a call back to dickensian-era high-velocity print literature.

Welcome @hannotek. I look forward to reading more of their poetry. Go read their poem and zap their post.

@satattack is back at it. I have thought about him a few times since he mentioned he would be travelling for work. It was nice to receive this update. I too have spent many a time ranting on bitcoin around a coffee-pot, and I too know the sweet-sweet satisfaction of trading p2p. If you have to part with your coins, satattack shows you the way.

@siggy47 memoirs a job he had back in the day. It reminds me that I’ve had it on my to-do list to write a detailed memoir about some of the odd-jobs I took in my youth. I will try to share this soon.

And in this short travel memoir, he shows us what Italians really do when visiting the Vatican. Another great post by @siggy47

@denlillaapan’s first (cross-)post in ~the_stacker_muse didn’t disappoint. It got a few chuckles out of me. Six months after a book of bitcoin-adjacent fiction lands on his desk, he finally gets around to sharing his thoughts. I’m a little bit surprised by his comments about fiction in general, but I’m glad he gave this one a chance so the rest of us don’t have to. I hope he comes around more often.

See you all next month!
This new way of posting across various territories makes SN a much more integrated and interesting place to consume. It was very difficult to choose just one when your post fits into so many.
The post about Anna Archive went over my head, good to know about the new domain.
